Dennis Slack has spent 22 years as a commercial photographer in Mazatlan, during which he developed the series of photographic renderings from which the samples at the right are taken. Known as the top photographer in town, Dennis uses multiple exposures, computer techniques and hand water-coloring to produce these beautiful pictures of Mazatlan's buildings and spaces. His images are "truer than life" in their evocation of Mazatlan in a way that people tend to think of it and remember it.
